VISA DOCUMENTATION
When a candidate is ready to apply for a student visa he/she requires certain documents which has to be presented at the consulate, At GCA we provide excellent visa documentation and assist the students to prepare all the required documents at the consulate

MOCK INTERVIEW SESSIONS
Mock Interview sessions will help the candidate to face the interview at the consulate. GCA helps the candidate to prepare for the interview by conducting interview sessions before the student drops at the consulate.


APPLICATION FORMS

GCA assists by providing all the application forms which are required at the consulate and help them fill with supervision

Major documents required to be presented at the consulate follows below

  • Confirmation of Acceptance for Studies (CAS) received from University / College
  • Original Passport
  • Online Application Form

With effect from 5 March 2012 all UK visa applicants need to complete the visa application form online. Manually completed applications will no longer be accepted.

  • Appendix 8

All student applicants must also complete and submit the relevant version of Appendix 8 (Self Assessment Form) of the form manually along with online application form.

  • Visa Appointment Letter
  • Academic Documents

All original academic documents must be submitted along with application

  • Evidence of Fund
  • Affidavit of Support
  • English Test Report

–          Pearson Test of English Academic (PTE Academic)

–          IELTS (International English Language Testing System)

  • Health Certificate (Tuberculosis)
  • Work Experience Letter

IMPORTANT NOTE

  • From 20 May 2013, if you apply for a Tier 4 student visa you may have to sit a short interview when you attend the visa application centre to submit your application and biometric information.
  • The interview will focus on your reasons for coming to the UK; this is known as a credibility interview.
  • A report of the interview will be sent to the visa officer who will consider it alongside your visa application and supporting documents. You may be called for a further interview if the visa officer needs more information.
